Good afternoon all. I was picked to log a bottle of thermovate and it couldn't have come at a better time. I have kinda let my weight go as stress and huge life changes has affected me. I haven't deviated from going to the gym routinely but I've all but cut out cardio and eating healthy. This log is going to serve for me to get back on track. I want to stay accountable and get back to where I was before.
I've had great success with app nut products in the last. Fat free is easily one of my favorite fat burners.
Here is thermovates ingredient panel
So let's get to the info. I am now 28 moves back to California I am about a year and a half left till I'll finish my degree in dietetics and nutrition. I currently at 216 lbs and want to get down below 210 by the end of this log.
Schedule for this log
Monday chest/back
Tuesday arms
Wednesday cardio
Thursday legs
Friday shoulders
Saturday cardio
Supplement schedule- hemavo2 pre workout, one tab thermovate (workout in the AM). Then second thermovate before dinner- if I should change this up lemme know
Other sups- protein shakes throughout orange triad and fish oil
Currently I have used thermovate Monday, Tuesday and today. The mixing of it is rather easy and the taste isn't too bad. Really enjoy the effects so far. Haven't had crazy energy jitters (smooth clean energy so far) and haven't felt diarrhea ****s like some fat burners cause
Will post up workouts from this week today just wanted to get this bad boy started.

Welcome welcome!!
Welcome!! So far so good with the sleeping situation. Will definitely adjust if needed. thanks for the advice.
I am so looking forward to this tub. Enjoyed Fat Free so much!
Thanks man. Its hard to believe when I first started lifting I could barely do bench press 100lbs.
pics from the Record app that I use for HR/Cal tracking. Not convinced the Cal tracking is 100% accurate.
Leg and abs day update!!
Today was a pretty good day, had great energy in the gym. One tab of Thermovate doesnt give an insane energy boost and I wouldn't expect it to. It does however give me that good pick me up that I like in the morning. The best part is I take it on an empty stomach which definitely helps.
Heres how todays workout went-
Squat- 135x15, 225x12, 315x8, 315x6, 225x10 twice
Calf raise machine- 5 sets of 12 reps
DB lunges 50s 5 sets of 10 reps
Leg press machine 540x5 450x5, 360x5 270x5, 180x5 90x5- one set, did this three times.
Calf raises with barbell 225x10 for 5 sets
Did abs in between sets- some of the ab exercises I do are flutterkicks, leg raises, supine bicycles,
Overall great day at the gym. Leg days are fun while youre doing them. I know I am gonna be hurting tomorrow and Saturday lol.
Tomorrow will be my shoulder day. I am going to be waking up early to get the workout in before we take off to the river in Bullhead AZ for Fathers Day festivities. We are going tomorrow and Saturday I'll be home Saturday night since I have to work Sunday. I will do my normal Saturday workout Saturday night or Sunday morning depending on how it works out with travel and all. Will hopefully post up an update tomorrow before we hit the road if possible.Last edited by giarmyjoe; 06-18-2015 at 07:57 PM.

This weekend was a pretty fun weekend. We took off for the river right after I finished my shoulder workout Friday night. Was out at the water all day Friday and Saturday in 118 or so degree heat. Nutrition wasn't actually that horrible this weekend besides. I only drank Friday but I drank a lot lol. I got most of my calories from coors light, chips and homemade salsa and swedish fish on Friday. Saturday was much better didn't drink alcohol only had gatorade, water, fruit and sandwiches at the water. Decided to stay sober so I could drive the boat and ride the jetskis.
We got home at midnight Saturday then went to the wife's dads house Sunday so had to drive again lol. Didn't get home till late Sunday.
Finally got back on track today at the gym. Did chest and back. Heres how it went
Incline press 135x10, 225x5 twice, 185x8, 135x10
Flat Bench press- 135x10, 225x8 twice, 205x8, 185x8, 135x10
Pulls 5 sets of 10
Incline DB flyes- 50sx8 for 3 sets
Lat pull down super set with cable flys 5 sets of 10 ea
Incline DB press 90sx8 twice, 95sx8
Finished with deadlifts 135x10, 225x10, 315x8, 225x10
Overall felt good this workout. Decided to take two tabs pre workout this time to see how it went energy wise. Definitely felt the energy boost and was feeling hot pretty quickly in the workout. Does not help that it was 90 already out when I went to the gym.
Nutrition today was probably the best I have done so far and can hopefully keep on track the rest of the log. We don't have anymore trips or outtings planned again till mid-July so should be done with this by then. Hopefully will be ten or so lbs lighter by the time we go on that river trip!US Army Veteran

yea the energy from two wasnt craziness or anything. I felt great throughout the entire workout. Sweat my ass off...don't know if I would take two before doing cardio as I would prod dehydrate quick as hell esp when its hot as hell out already lol
It was good lol. I put just a bit of bacon bits in the egg whites to give them a bit more flavor. Add cinnamon and skim milk to the french toast batter and sugar free syrup. So good. Was a great mid day meal kept me full until we got back from the pool for dinner.US Army Veteran

Updates-
Arm day 6/23- Superset session
Bicep Curls with DBs- 45sx8 for 3 sets 40sx8 for 2 sets
Skull crushers 5 sets of 10
Standing bicep curls with bent bar- 5 sets of 10
Cable push downs- 5 sets of 10
Isolated bicep curls 5 sets of 8
Cable tricep kick backs- 5 sets of 10
Forehead curls 5 sets of 10
Bench dips 5 sets of 20
Finished with 20 mins on the treadmill.
Overall another good day at the gym and good day of nutrition. My main thing with nutrition was taking in extra calories in junk such as eating candy and ice cream. I've completely cut those out besides this past weekend at the river...
Todays update- 6/24
Cardio- did 3 miles total. Ran 2 miles around the block then stopped at a parking lot to do sprints. Last mile was sprints and like .15 miles to get home. Was doing a little under 10 min/mile for the 2 miles which felt good. Finished with sprints because I really enjoy sprints. I want to try to find a hill to do hill sprints around here. I forgot how exhausted running outside is. We used to do 3-4 miles 3 times a week in the army...man its so hard to get back into it.
Update on how thermovate is doing- I took 1 tab before doing cardio this morning. I ran at 6 am since I had to work at 8 am. It wasn't terribly hot out yet (maybe 70ish) and I was sweating so hard by a mile in. I was also super hot and sweater for a hour or so after I got home. Could definitely tell the thermovate was working. Luckily it wore off a lot by the time I got to work so I wasn't sweating my ass off at work lol.
Will be taking the second tab here in a bit..
For now I am gonna have a snack I made last night...First time making no bake cookies and they came out pretty good.
Used PBFit, Cellucor Peanut Butter Marshmallow, Oats and some semi sweet choc chips.

Sorry for the delay in updating this weekend. My wife's grandma was having health issues this weekend so we had to go down to her house for the weekend. She basically raised my wife as her own daughter so was a pretty scary issue but she is doing a lot better now.
We left Friday afternoon and didnt get home till Sunday night. I did my shoulder work Friday and ran Sunday morning instead of Saturday. I also was able to get my chest/back workout in today. I took quest bars, protein shakes, vitamins and thermovate to stay on track.
Shoulder work-
DB press 50sx8, 80sx8, 90sx5 twice, 80sx8
Arnold Press- 50x8 for 3 sets
DB Lat raises 5 sets of 10
DB Front Raise 5 sets of 10
Upright rows 5 sets of 10
DB shrugs 5 sets of 10
Cable face pulls 5 sets of 10
bent over lat raises with cable 5 sets of 10
Overall good workout friday. But sucked getting the bad news and having to head out real quick friday. Overall nutrition was good friday. Didn't snack or sway.
Saturday was a lazy day we just hung out with family and didn't do much. Still did one pill of thermovate in the am and one in the pm.
Sunday was a good cardio day. I took one pill at 6 am before taking off to run. Once again was sweating my ass off within 10 mins of running. Was best run day I have had so far doing 3 miles in 30 mins. I am really getting back into running and I think that may be my favorite part of this log so far. Would love to be doing less than 9 min miles by the end of this.
Today was Chest/back day. Decided do something a bit different for bench press today. Saw the Mike Rashid vid where he started with 10 10lb plates on each side and worked down and back up with that. I did my own version starting with 225 so 9 10 lb plates on each side. Went down and back up took about 20 mins. Arms/chest were pumped and spent after. Heres how the rest of the workout went
Incline press- 135x10, 185x8 twice, 185x5, 135x10 Felt so tired trying to do incline after.
superset
Lat pull downs 5 sets of 10
cable rows 5 sets of 10
Incline DB flyes 5 sets of 10
DB rows 5 sets of 10
Superset
5 sets of 10 pullups
5 sets of 10 pushups
Best chest day of the log so far in my opinion. Felt great throughout. Even though starting with that bench set spent me it felt good. Also was still able to work through and have a great workout. Changing it up was definitely a good idea.
Nutrition so far has been good today. 5 egg whites, 3 pieces of turkey bacon and a piece of toast with sugar free jelly, snack was more protein no bake cookies and lunch was 95% lean beef tacos with lettuce, avocado and fat free cheese.
Thoughts on thermovate so far- Taste has grown on me. I like it a lot. It dissolves quickly which is nice and convenient. I drop a tab in some water within a few seconds stir it up and its good to go. The energy is there...not insanely strong energy but there's a bit of an energy boost. Just enough for a fat burner in my opinion cause I hate getting huge kicks of energy. Overall really enjoying thermovate so far and look forward to the rest of this log.US Army Veteran

Thank you man. and thanks I am really trying to build stronger shoulders. Want the rounded shoulders so bad lol. esp out here where its always tank top or pool weather.
The flavor is definitely unique. Not bad really but takes a bit of getting used to for sure.US Army Veteran

Happy Fourth of July everyone!!
Been another busy week for me. Helped a buddy move all day yesterday so didnt have a chance to post. Was moving furniture from 8 am till 9 pm at night. He bought pizza and beer for everyone tho so was well worth it lol.
Wednesday update- Ran 3 miles and then did 15 mins of sprints. Overall getting better at running already. I used to run 2 miles in 16 mins so I want to get back down to that someday 8 min or so per mile is my long term goal. I am thinking once I am under 200 I will be back at it.
Thursday update- Leg day.
Squats 135x10, 225x10 for 3 sets, 135x10
Lunges with DB. 40sx8 each leg for 5 sets
Leg press machine 540x5, 450x5, 360x5, 270x5, 180x5, 90x10=1 sets did this 3 times
Hamstring machine 3 sets of 12 reps
Calf raise machine 5 sets of 12 reps
finished with 20 mins on the step machine.
Overall good leg day. Finished with good nutrition. I have made a few huge changes to my diet that I know are helping a lot. I stopped drinking gatorade and started drinking water with orange in it. I also cut out ice cream which is prob the biggest thing I had to stop eating so much of.
Friday was all over the place prob my worst day diet wise of the log so far. We were on the move all day. I probably burnt a ton of calories but also ate like ****.
Today I did my shoulder work that I would of done yesterday.
DB press- 40sx8, 60sx8, 80sx8, 90sx8 90sx6
Arnold Press 50sx8 for 3 sets
Superset
Front and Side lat raises 5 sets of 10
Upright rows 5 sets of 10 with 115
DB shrugs 110sx10 for 3 sets
Good day today the gym. Started the day out great so far. Nutrition has been good so far. No plans to drink today so that will help with calorie in take. Going to a family BBQ later. They are having burgers and chicken so will try not to over indulge lol. Doing a cut during a holiday sucksss. One of the main reasons I have never done a full on cut before lol
Alright guys I will be back Monday with chest/back day.US Army Veteran
