    RL has been a little moar hectic that planned. Back to work today and an early start. Late Canada Day yesterday with the kids and all sorts of other stuff. I'm taking this as my deload week and since I wans't thrilled with my ohp session I'm going to redo the week starting hopefully tomorrow.

    Well thanks to you and your monster dead lift session today I just carried on like planned. Came home from work at 930 pm, planned on redoing the week, watched you pull 455 or whatever it was off the ground like it was non existent and said phuck redoing the week I gotta get some deads in...stick around

    2 part day! Wanted to ensure benching was done. Meeting a buddy for a squash game, then work, the accessories after work. This morning was bench and I tried to use a lot of the cues from that Rippetoe vid again. I felt it really helped. Still fairly loose but this felt like the best I've done in quite awhile.

    Really happy with a bench session for a change though. While a lot of work still needs to be done that 170 set felt awesome and the 185 actually surprised me as you can probably tell on rep 2 Was really feeling the feet planted and leg drive today. Positive going forward I hope.

    Good to hear your bench feels better...7 on +1 shows a lot of room for growth...Probably would have gotten a couple more at 185 if you hadn't repped out at 170. You have a lot of cycles left for bench growth...

    Thanks Andrew. I'm almost happier with the doh pr than the 8 reps lol I can't wait to pull 3 plates doh without with straps.

    I was completely caught off guard with how easy that 185 went lol
