You can recreate "frequency" on an upper lower split by putting your arms with your lower body....that way the bis and tris get worked with all of your chest/back/shoulder work twice a week and also get the isolation work on your leg day.
I have big arms and have been doing this for years. Because bis/tris are not a huge muscle, you really don't need more than 8-9 sets to really blast them. I like ez curls and alternate db curls for biceps, at times Ill do either concentration curl strip sets or some cable preacher curls, just out of boredome....but to get meaty arms...barbell and db curls...the basics.....for triceps, pushdowns are by far the easiest thing on your elbows (or my elbows anyhow) so I focus on them, but Ill second the skull crushers as a great tricep movement if you use an ez curl bar....straight bar bothers my elbow some. (smith machine skull crushers are great if you do not have elbow issues!)
IN any case:
upper body day
day off
lower and arms
day off
upper body
day off
lower and arms
just keep repeating. that does give the larger muscle groups plenty of time to recover while frequently pumping the bis/tris,

So,should i do something like this then?
Mon:upper (remove the arm exercises) and just put in 2-3 sets of DB curls
Tues: Calves,abs,HIIT, 2-3 sets of Tricep pushdowns
Wed: Legs, 2-3 set of Incline db curls
Thursday: Calves,abs,HIIT, 2-3 sets of ez-bar skullcrushers
Friday:upper body (remove arm exercises) and do 2-3 sets of Ez-bar preacher curls
Saturday: calves,abs,HIIT,2-3 sets of BB curls
Sunday: legs, tricep exercise
Should i just keep going like this where i add in one arm exercise for bic/tris everyday and do upper/rest/lower/rest etc?
Reason i have no rest days is because i think Calves,arms are very important since they are lagging for me, and abs because well, it's abs.

Will attempt crazy deadlift challenge if i get 100 subscribers
I like doing crazy challenges, and if I reach my 100 subscriber goal I will do a crazy deadlift challenge.
Basically what I had in mind is to perform 100 deadlifts with 315lbs, the time limit is gonna be around 10 minutes or so. See how many I can do
