    Haven't really posted in a bit but I've still kept with the workouts. On week five now and only one more week left before I start to max out. My friend got me some SBD sleeves and I absolutely love them.

    Worked up to an easy 405 PAUSED squat last week. Like, had 25+ lbs more in me. So I imagine without pausing and using wraps possibly I'd hit a nice number.
