    Belly Fat

    hi im 26 years old im trying get rid of my belly im not fat just the belly but at the same time i want to gain muscle so i don't know if i need to cut calories to eliminate the belly but at the same time i need calories for my muscle

    ANY ADVICE ????

    Been Lifting religiously since Feb. 1995
    I eat what I want, to the number of calories I need based on my current goals.

    Diet diet diet. 80% of weight lose is in your diet.

    Where to start.
    What are you eating??? (fast food? snicker bars?)
    What are you drinking??? (soda? booze?)

    Count calories... Eat right... lose weight...

    p.s. Cardio helps. Go run... If you can't run, walk...
