    Animal BB

quick question: Who's the guy from the Animal Pack Ads..his first name's Andrew and they call him "Machine" that's all I know. Just wondering if he's competed already and how he placed if he did. He's got an article on this site that's pretty motivational.
"How much you weigh? I'm 260, I'm an animal in the place, why don't you listen to me?"

Andrew Giordonello. A monster bodybuilder who is gonna destroy this sport when he goes pro. The freak is 280 pounds contest weight and can run with most powerlifters out there (maybe not in his weight class)....i hear he benches 600 and squats and deadlifts over 800. Where can I find that article....the guys my idol.

    here's the article from animal pak.com http://www.animalpak.com/html/article_details.cfm?ID=27

If the link doesn't work, just go to animalpak.com and click on ""Life is a Freakshow"

there's some stuff from bb.com too

    http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/animalpak24.htm
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/animalpak18.htm

I think it's just the last few paragraphs of the first link.

But this guy has been a big motivational force, he can write lines that will make you wanna workout after you've already fatigued.

Oh yea Ive read all the animal pack articles. i got the manual and its great. I thought it was some article specialized for bodybuilding.com or something, but thats great. and i must agree, machine can just straight up make you hate yourself if you dont give 500% of everything you got. my training and diet have improved like i never thought possible in the last year thanks to him.

animal pack is a straight up vitamin supplement that gives you that edge on nutrition. animal stak is an anabolic pack made to supe up your training intensity. animal m stak is a modified version of the stak. animal cuts are high potency thermogenics. animal test just came out and its sort of another anabolic edge and i hear its pretty intense. very groundbreaking. as far as pictures go, just go to animalpack.com and itll have every article and picture, FAQ and anything you ever wanted to know about training smart. no drugs, no hype, no bull****...just straight facts about being hardcore and doin it right. good luck to you brother. lol omg i just sounds like machine for a minute. haha.

Theyre elbow wraps. They help keep down the hydrostatic pressure in your joints caused from lifting heavy weights. He just uses them to avoid any joint complications. He trains smart. You can buy them at the same places you buy lifting belts, gloves etc.
