well
im being honest here, there really is no average
it depends
1) limb length
2) technique
3) neuro muscular efficiency
4) how healthy/strong you are
5) how long, if at all have u been training
but id say 180ish max anywhere from 160-200
but if ur genetically gifted it could feasibly be 250lbs or moreNow All We Need Is A little Energon And A Lot of Luck

i'd have to say on these boards....for every pound you weigh you can bench 2 times that, so a 150 lbs teen can bench 300 easy. Also, cell tech is the ****!

no sirously you have to have a 2:1 ration with your bodyweight
for example, i weigh 220 and can bench 450 so thats pretty good.
Since ur like 150 pounds you bench AT LEAST 300 coz 300 is no big deal.....yeah...thats right..........
but really i know the average 15 y old can do like 110 and 17 at 150? id estimate around 170-200~460/~320/510 pr's
fun pr's
deadlift 340 x 15
squats 245 x 45
6' ~220

I hate these threads.
There's too many factors. The biggest one being how long you've trained. Also, how good the training was, how good the diet was, and what your genetics are like.
Don't compare yourself to others.19 years old, 6', 210lbs (11%bf)

For a person that just started lifting, Id think 150 would be an estimate. If you've been lifting for a decent amount of time, id say anywhere from 200-250.
For the other 8th graders at my school, the average is about 110. When we started last year, the average was about 85
BTW, my max is 130(my signature is outdated, I could do 140 last year) and Im 13 years old.

I think ShaneG85 said it best in his last picture thread:
"Asking a bodybuilder his lifts is like asking a powerlifter to do a back double bicep."
