    Your opinion?

    Low carbs, hard training and my body goes to a completely different level. Still I am able to maintain my weight and getting more leaner.

    I am cutting slowly. Per meal I usually have from 30-40g of carbs. 25% from carbs I eat after training. Fats per meal - +/- 10g
    Total amount of carbs per day - 200g

    Keep at it your quite lean now and on 200g of carbs that's not bad at all!! I'm on 260g while cutting now but I won't be going lower than 200 and if I have to I'll carb cycle! Keep it up man
