Programs aren't magic. If you follow these guidelines:

    1. Run a program written by someone who knows what they are doing (not yourself)
    2. Run a program designed for your goals (strength/size/etc...)
    3. Do not add or remove exercises, or skip days
    4. Eat

then you will gain strength. If you do not follow those 4 guidelines, then the program isn't the problem.

I wanna get my bench to 225 asap, dead to 400 and same with my squat
Lose that attitude. If you focus on gaining strength "asap", you're going to be disappointed no matter what program you run. Gaining strength is long term. Not instant gratification.

Thanks for the input man. I have been eating everything I see, and I am gaining weight so the strength should be coming also. You're also right on the "asap" thing. Just so motivated that I'll do anything to get better numbers :P. Thanks!

What program are you running now? Do you plan on entering powerlifitng meets, or are you just trying to get stronger in general?

I would just like to suggest setting some goals that are a little shorter term. It can take several months at best but probably years to add 150 pounds to your squat. Get to 315, I'm willing to bet by that time aspirations will have evolved a bit.

How long have you been lifting? How many days a week do/can you train?
