FYI, this is 14 weeks out.
Nothing to really say, waist looks decent given his condition, "bla bla he looks flabby"...we all know how Heath morphs, will reserve judgement for the O or at least closer to it.

Looks like he always does in the off-season, but we all know he will start to look unreal as he dials it in for the contest.
On a side note, his midsection looks good, so hopefully he will not have problems with it at this Olympia.

Philly is looking good, especially for how far out he is still.
he looks big for sure but it really looks like he gained some size in his arms. It'll be interesting to see if he keeps that after he hardens up.40: 4.3s

That is not a true statement, even if it were true Ronnie Coleman had a gut but he also had an extra 40lbs of solid muscle, he could still win even with a gut, Heath needs to be in 2011 form due to him not having the size, he is simply not big enough to win with a gut. On a size to gut ratio Ronnie wins. Ronnie was so big you could overlook his gut. Its the judging thats the problem. Kai should have some of Heath's sandows.Originally Posted by mikieson

When Phil is alone, he looks very good and big. But when someone stand next to him, just like happen in this video, he looks small to the guy next to him, and the most imporant he look very narrow.
Last year was robbery. Kai was the true winner.
