Hey everyone! ,
Anyone in the Atlanta area happen to know a coach? I've been going back n forth deciding if I should give a competition a shot.
Also this is my first competition. So not sure what all I would need.
Me: 23 yrs old college student 5'9 168lbs bf around 8-9%
