    1 RM Bench Press - 125kg (275lbs)
    1 RM Shoulder Press - 86.5 (190.3lbs)
Couldn't do my Leg Press 1 RM as my knee isn't fully recovered but will slowley build this back up and will give this 30 and 60 days in.
    1 RM Bicep Curl - 40 kg (88lbs)

    Body measurements and weight :

    Chest - 44"
    Biceps - 15"
    Thighs - 24 & 1/8"
    Waist - 32"
    BF% - 18.2%

Aight, Footie. I just got a chance to check everything out. It was an interesting day for me, to say the least. Everything looks in line and nothing to really comment on.

Do you have any goals from this log? Also, are you taking 4 or 6 ZEUS a day?

    Hi Kurt.
My Goal really is to get to 170-172lbs from 167lbs over the next 60 days and not hold too much fat.
I will be taking the 4 caps a day as i seem to react fairly well to a Trib product but will also see how things are going.

Sounds great bro! I am sure Zeus is going to workout great for you. Gym God should be chiming in soon to help out with this log.

Also, do you usually lift heavy and low reps when training? Or vice-versa?

    Sounds good...

I usually start with a rep range of 12-15 then work up to a rep range of 6-8.
The 12-15 reps get my muscles working and warmed so i get a good form on the 6-8 rep range.
So basically its a mixture to try and get all the different muscle fibres working.
But i am looking at going heavier over the next 60 days to pack some muscle on before i cut for the summer.
This week though i am going light on all exercises to get ready for my heavy duty workouts to come......

    Watch this space..............................

What did you order for chinese?

Nice workout. I wish there were more options for direct trap training besides shrugs.

I had some Egg fried Rice, Cantonese chilli beef, Sweet and Sour chicken. mmmmm

I agree with the Trap training Dino although sometimes with extra good form on the Upright Rows i can feel it in the traps and sometimes i will superset the shrugs with the Upright rows too for the extra pump and intensity....

Hey Mick, Great log bro! Try these for Traps ()there more of a rear delt isolater but I feel them all the way across my upper back.
    High row rope pull:
Cable position locked in at highest position, grasp the rope palms facing each other, slight bend in the knees, back straight (slightly arched), pull to the chest(high and together), then spread the hands apart (squeezing the scapula together), keeping the elbows high. Hope that helps. The only other exercise that I know will add some massive thickness is the Deadlift (heavy)
    Good luck..
