GOD HE WAS SO CHUBBY AND HAIRY
Chit was disgusting, without a doubt the worse rape I ever tried to masturbate toSkepticism is the chastity of the intellect, and it is shameful to surrender it too soon or to the first comer: there is nobility in preserving it coolly and proudly through long youth, until at last, in the ripeness of instinct and discretion, it can be safely exchanged for fidelity and happiness

No muscle's a pulling muscle you phucking idiot. Biceps are flexors, Triceps are extensors. Stop trying to overwhelm people with your heavy-handed broscience.
Back on topic, the video keeps saying it's in the wrong format or that the servers are busy. Is it taken down or are too many people trying to view it?

-everyone lies, that isn't just exclusive to girls. I don't see your point there except maybe lying about rape can be made exclusive to girls, which i could also say being raped by ways of having the condom pulled off mid-sex and having the person continue even when asked to stop is also exclusive to girls. I see your point but it's invalid.
-true, but I have no reason not to believe her. I didn't go to the same uni when it happened but heard about it from mutual friends, the story has stayed the same for the last 3 years and there was no evidence against Her
-you don't get to blame her by saying she chose the wrong person. How could she have known this guy would pull that shyte? you sound like you care or you wouldn't have replied and ignored me like everyone else in this thread lol.
Carry on with your shytty logic and no empathy for this sort of thing, I could care lessMod negged x 2

Meh, this holds true to the violent rapes you hear about in the media and on the local news, but not really the same as campus, party, drug rapes etc
The problem is that "rape" has came to only be used towards the violent rapes you used to hear about on the news
Now that all these sexual assaults on college campuses have been garnering attention in the media and online, apologists are getting mad that the word rape is being used to describe them, even though that's what it still is. It's rape even if it's not tie you up knock you out and forcefully put my dick inside you until you bleedMod negged x 2

While I agree with this, the reality is that when it's one partner's word against the other's about whether or not the sex is consensual, there is no preponderance of evidence that a rape occurred and little can be done.
Modern restaurants really took off as a place where men and women could have dinner without there being any confusion about what went on between them as there might be if they met behind the doors of their private homes. I'm not saying it should be that way, but if you're careless about putting yourself into a vulnerable situation with people you don't trust, there are limitations to what society can do about it without trampling on the rights of others.
Not only is there no evidence that a rape occurred beyond her claims, but it's my understanding that despite her claims that he violently raped her in the ass against her will, there are also no medical or police records of any injuries associated with such an attack, and that she subsequently texted him expressing an interest in more anal sex.
Not only is there no evidence in her favor, but the evidence that exists seems to point toward her having engaged in consensual sex that she later regretted or attempted to somehow capitalize on. This isn't a misunderstanding, it's a deliberate hoax, and her language reflects that. She talks less about being "raped", and refers to it as her "personal trauma" and to her critics as "denying her her agency", as if this is all some emotional experience that she is entitled to define on her own terms, rather than serious violent allegations with underlying facts.Nah, fukk that. I’m not doing that.

So this girl basically made every miscers dream come true about false rape allegations? I know I've really grown out of the misc mentality over the last few years because this is just another thing I disagree with the misc on: just because you see a few girls being outed all across the Internet for lying about being raped doesnt mean it doesn't happen, and often and it doesn't mean we get to call any rape allegation a hoax right away just because these girls are doing this
But of course this is the misc and this falls right into the ideology that all girls are liars and that rape only exists in their mind etc etc
Whatever, it's why I spend less and less time on here and more on educated blogging sites and other forums with a more educated user base
I agree with everything you said thoughMod negged x 2

The sex was consensual based on using a condom and them both agreeing on the consensual, protected sex
When one person makes a decision to take the condom off and continue and the other person in the case requests a.) keep it on or b.) stop, then it becomes non consensual to one party and becomes a rape.Mod negged x 2

I certainly agree that SOME Miscers react that way, but I think there were yellow flags early on with this story and that people were justified in doubting it. Nungesser was found "Not Responsible" when held to a much lower standard of evidence than the criminal justice system would apply, she did not take it to the criminal justice system, and yet she kept encouraging on-campus elements to harass and torment him, openly branding him a rapist, then seeking college credit for carrying her mattress around claiming to be an aggrieved rape victim in collusion with her professor.
Her behavior was lunatic attention-whoring from the outset, and while there was a slim chance she was just an unstable person reacting to a violent assault and nobody taking her seriously in a wildly unusual way, I'd say we've pretty much washed away any pretense at this point. She thinks the attention makes her special and messianic.
Also, sometimes women (and men) will fudge details a LITTLE BIT to try to smooth things over socially, and then take it too far. To use your own example, a girl has regrettable bareback sex with a guy, tells a friend, her friend is shocked, so she changes her story a little.
"Well, I mean, I didn't want to. It was his idea."
"...but you let him."
"He just sort of did it."
"Like, he forced you to do it?"
"Uh, yes."
"HE RAPED YOU."
"...yeah. Yes. He raped me. I'm a good person with good judgment if this was rape, right?"
Then her friends start telling her she has to call the police, etc., and it all snowballs from there because she's socially committed to the lie. This mattress girl's story had an element of that, where a friend supposedly had to convince her that what happened to her constituted actionable rape. I think the reason she didn't want to take action was because she knew it was a lie, she just wanted the attention of being a victim.Last edited by ANumber1; 06-05-2015 at 01:59 PM.

WTF am I reading?
Either partner can withdraw consent at any time. If a girl finds out I'm cheating on her in mid-suck and stops blowing me, I can't grab her by the hair and skullfuark her to orgasm just because she consented initially.
Proving that's what happened, on the other hand, is another matter.Nah, fukk that. I’m not doing that.
