Don't compare yourself to them...their is a selection bias. You have to take into account people who visit a bodybuilding forum are probably more in shape and metro than the normal population and then people who post their picture on a "I look good thread" are probably the most aesthetic or delusional from that bunch. You probably look fine compared to the normal population, of course when you compare yourself to a greek god like me it is a little humbling but you look fine .. You should be more concerned about your height...can't undo being 5'6"...notsrs

My first year of university I literally went to the gym everyday twice a day ... bench went from 135 for 8 reps to 225 for 12 reps... squat went from 185 for 8 reps to 275 for 6 reps .... went from 160lbs to 200lbs .... if you have nothing else to do may as well gym it brah srs
I don't workout right now but I'll always have that muscle memory... I could go to the gym for two months and look fuking sick srs
