Totally went for it on back day.
Upt my max from 315 to 345 and squeezed out 3 reps for Sumo Deadlift.
Then second excercise was Pendaly Rows at usual weight, but I think that hurt me cause the strain on already maxed low back.
After workout low back tightened up and now on ibuprofin and techila.
Looking at taking a couple weeks off then beginning light, maybe just kettlebells.
This is my life.
