    Angry New PB on Sumo DL then injury on Pendlay Rows

    Totally went for it on back day.
    Upt my max from 315 to 345 and squeezed out 3 reps for Sumo Deadlift.
    Then second excercise was Pendaly Rows at usual weight, but I think that hurt me cause the strain on already maxed low back.
    After workout low back tightened up and now on ibuprofin and techila.
    Looking at taking a couple weeks off then beginning light, maybe just kettlebells.
    This is my life.
    Giving unwanted advice to gym goers for years.

    height: 6'2", weight: 210 lbs, bf: approx 15%

    slight decline bench: 215 3x8, pull ups: bw+5 4x8, wide grip bent rows: 200 3x8

    front squat: 210 3x8, conventional deadlift: 360x10, romanian deadlift: 315 3x8
