It's funny... unpurposely since you started your fastfood challenge, I have not cooked a single meal and been eating out a lot... which is normally not like me... but weird thing is on 2 meals a day that are fast food im down like 10 lbs... Still take in protein shakes and fastfood meals are more greater on protein choices, but I dont know if its subliminally I am copying or I am just exhausted because I work 52+ hours of work a week, plus going to the gym lol... I just think its pretty funny.

Nothing, thats the point. I'm sure that a lot of people eat a ton of fast food and stay in great shape. But "normal" people can hardly even comprehend that being even remotely possible. Which is why I demonstrate.

I didn't. I thought about it; but thats not what this is about. I'm not trying to tell anyone that its smart to eat like this. This is purely to demonstrate that its not going to make you fat, or kill your weight loss if you incorporate any food you want. I'm not worried either way about what my blood work would show.

He doesnt need blood work that doesnt show anything in the slightest.
If he gains weight it doesnt matter what he eats his health markers will worsen
If he loses weight the same concept applies except his health markers will improve
If he naintains pretty much nothing will happen because its not long term
Good stuff though op I did this a few years back to lose weight and still do it. Eat out for one meal a day then the 2nd meal shake yogurt or w.eInstagram: hyruliangoat_

Lots of haters ITT. I'm interested to see how it all plays out. It would've been cool to see blood work results before and after, but oh wait i'm sure it's been done before so it can never possibly be done again ever.
The fact that OP can eat chinese food twice in a week and a half is pretty damn impressive by itself. Chinese food = groce

I am a little concerned with the accuracy as well. I'm feeling fairly bloated this week, so we will see how Saturday goes. But maybe its just the Chinese food from last night, lol...
Crapper hasn't been a problem since fiber is basically zero. So, I guess it is an issue, just the opposite of what most people seam concerned with.

I could eat fried rice MAYBE but that's about it lol. I think i've just had bad luck finding a decent restaurant...it seems so hit or miss when it comes to chinese food.
I don't know how you go through an entire day without eating. Do you get lethargic or headaches or any other issues throughout the day? Do you lift on days you don't eat or skip?
