What do you guys consider as "To much": Carbs? for things like a cup of Milk? or a sandwhich? cause i believe my thoughts of "Low Carb" would be considered "High Carb" in others eye's

You can never have too much carbs.
You can however have too many.
But now, being helpful, I think too many is going to be different in all cases.
Assuming one is not on a CKD,
if you are cutting : enough to sustain you through daily activities and preserve muscle mass.
if you are bulking : enough to sustain you through daily activities and some to promote muscle synthesis.
