    Today Im 39 and last night - 300# squats

    nailed it. No video, but Im doing 305 Monday and will attempt to load that then.

    never thought Id get there, but thanks to a lot of time (17 weeks of SL), patience and reading the tips and videos here and elsewhere, I hit it for 5 sets of 5 with 4 minute rest periods.

    Nice one dude. I just did 315 for 5 reps myself on Sumo Deadlift and last time I did squats I did 300 for 4 reps. I am 41 years old. I would like to be lifting 400 for reps a year from now.
    Giving unwanted advice to gym goers for years.

    never really had squats in my programming as I never really had a program before. that and I was afraid of squats, so I think as far as back squats went, maybe 155? I really don't know.
