200lbs in this pic in October of last year. Hope to get back to this level of conditioning no later than August. Had some wrist injuries that kept me from training for 3 months but I've been back at it and almost back to where I was again.
Currently working on setting up a platform for training programs and coaching in my spare time (which is quite limited) but I'll get it done.
I compete, I don't have a coach, placed 12th in nationals last year not really knowing wtf I was doing diet wise and lost a lot of muscle by doing too much cardio the last few weeks. I'd like to turn pro without a coach just because I think it'd be cool....that being said, I should probably research how to actually do contest prep correctly lol
So brahs, amidoinitrite?

Like once a month I'll ego lift for the f*ck of it for flat bench and squat just because I like testing out how strong I am but besides that I hit everything for at least 8 reps and don't have a maximum amount that I'll do. Those are the only two lifts that I'll ever use a rep range between 3-5 on
