pes techno (that was the pre name iirc) and in for komodo manic info-although a great ergogenic pre i felt very very little from katana.

you are forgetting those 3 ingredients + flavoring + with a good product, more ergogenics than what you listed. People are forgetting you are paying for the convenience of the product being already pre-made and flavored.
Some ingredients are battery acid flavored. Bulks are ALWAYS cheaper, but much less convenient.Krispy Kreme Krew Forever.
