Question about Glycerine/Glycerol dosing

Hey bros. Does anyone how many grams of Glycerine 1 TBSP of liquid Glycerine contains? I am trying to compare the dose in a product such as Dilate (powder) vs Now Liquid Glycerone. For example, one scoop of Dilate contains 2g of Hydromax Glycerol. When it comes to Liquid Glycerine how many grams are in 1 tbsp??

Pretty vague question. If it's not listed you'll probably have to e-mail the company you're looking at and ask. Remember when you're comparing them that HydroMax is 65% glycerol. So 2g's of powder is 1.3g of glycerol.

Ever try it pre contest before going on stage? I am scared that the liquid form may upset my stomach in such a dehydrated state. The stuff is like thick syrup

Yea I have twice. 1 time I felt it worked awesome, next time I tried it didn't feel shiat.

It's pretty tricky to time though tbh.. some say an hour.. some say 10 mins as you can spill over easy.
