Ahhh sauna <3 as a finnish person i talk with my experiencethere is nothing more relaxing than going to sauna for a bit more than 5mins, and then going for a swim
and in the winter, running and rolling in the snow NAKED! The hot-cold effect just gives you sooo relaxed feeling, but if you run this circle many times, stay hydrated.
40mins in sauna? Get out for a cold drink and cold shower every 10mins and youll feel great
