Whats my body fat %?

Just a good guess from some of you experts please. I decided today to get back into the gym after 10 years .. If this link doesn't work for the photo look at my before photo that I just put up and see if you can give me an idea of my body fat percentage? It doesnt have to be exact but a good estimate would be great.. Thanks

It's a number. If you don't like it change it. Your build is similar to mine and you're only an inch shorter. I'm not better than you, just at a different place.

Like I said, if you don't like it, change it..

PS I'm 15 in the photo above and we look nothing alike.

I would agree that you are not 15% based on the picture I see. 20% is a more accurate number, maybe high teens but my money would be on 20ish...

I think it is the lack of a good foundation of muscle that is causing the wide range of opinions. Dru's 15% is going to look a lot different as he is carrying considerably more muscle.

It is just a number, but it is a number that is good to know to help plan in your goals. I would not recommend the OP to go on a cut though I would most people if they are in the 20% bf range.

I would recommend the OP gets on a solid lifting program for a good 6 months, eating somewhere around maintenance and then adjust from there.

Thanks man and I wasn't at all disagreeing with anyone here. I have no idea what my exact BF & is but wanted the different opinions. Now the owner of the Gym figured me at 15 but he pinched my side and a few other places etc. It looks a Little different when you have finished lifting etc lol. Anyway I doubt it really matters at this stage as my main goal for now is to simply get back to working out in the gym and look better. Thanks ALL OF YOU for trying to help..!!
