    Need a HIIT Routine

Currently doing a full body workout 3 times a week. I want a HIIT program that isn't running, biking, or elliptical that won't interfere with my normal lifting routines.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Move really fast for 1 minute, rest for 30 seconds. Repeat.

That's the beauty of HIIT. If the intensity is there you can do just about anything you want.

    Walk up stairs
    Jumping jacks
    jump rope
    Up/Downs (google it)
    punching bag
    sprinting outside
    climbing ladders
    Lifting weights faster
    pushups/situps/pullsup

    Just about anything.

Pick the cardio method/machine of your choice.

After a short warmup, go all-out for 15 seconds, followed by 45 seconds at a slow pace. Without stopping or resting, repeat the cycle 15- 20 times.
    No brain, no gain.

My "HITT" is just lifting weights faster. AKA- taking less rest in between sets....
