    Powerlifting - Conjugate Method/Westside

    Hey all,

Been looking at this program for a while whislt doing some 5x5 and 531 training. I'm deemed an intermediate lifter and wanted to get into the conjugate method.

My only concern is variation of the squat and deadlift - I workout at a regular commercial gym with no real access to boxes, different bars, etc.. so the variation of my squat and deadlift would only be in terms of grip and stance.. is this a big issue? Should this deter me from doing the program and do something else?

    Any ideas?
