I heard taking yohimbine and forkskin 95 will help in fat loss along with caffiene. Now how are the effects of this compared to a good fat loss supplement i see on the bb store? I rather just take a fat loss suplement because all ingredients are already in one pill. I know diet is everything. would it be pointless to start a fat loss supp if I just started diet a week ago in calorie deficit? help

Those ingredients can be effective. Nothing will work if you aren't in a calorie deficit though. Hydroxycut Hardcore Next GEN has both yohimbe and forskolin in it. This is a newer product but it is getting very favorable reviews.

It would not be necessary to start a fatloss supp or supplement starting right out of the gate
save them for later. Let the diet do the work for at least the first 8 or so weeks as you focus on the caloric deficit, getting into the swing of things while keeping kcals as high as possible while still losing
save the supps for when you have to lower calories, raise cardio and start hitting roadblocks and stalling
F95 + Y would be your 2 best bets and are not bad in bulk either
50-100mg Split into two doses for f95 and 2.5mg Y starting upon waking in a fasted state with Caffeine and slowly raise your does.

Before you add any supplementation, you always want to make sure your diet and training are spot on first and foremost. Now if you're looking to add a fat burner I recommend checking out ErgoCut. It can help assist you with increased energy, focus and appetite suppressant.

Typically I prefer something like EC or YC over "fat burners", but recently tried out Lean PhD so that I could give honest feedback on it and loved it. I'm getting ready to start cutting and will be using Lean PhD and E or YHCl to cut. Yes, fat burners have multiple ingredients that can aid in fat loss, but most are underdosed in that aspect. For exactly for F95 you have to take 3-4 caps of just that ingredient to get your full dose, and with YHCl you'll typically use anywhere from 4-8 caps depending on your body weight and what kind of extract you're using.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

Forskolin really is one of the best ingredients there is, though I'm not totally sold on Yohimbine and for more than a few people people it makes working out uncomfortable (heart rate)
As someone else mentioned - ErgoCut is an awesome thermogenic that is actually centered around forskolin and has a good dose of caffeine in there tooPicking things up and putting them down since '09

I view yohimbine as just another type of stimulant and not something that accelerates fat loss.
