The last two days have been the worst here in Dallas. It is amazing how many folks just don't take the simple and timely advice: "Turn Around, Don't Drown!" There are roads flooded here this morning that have never flooded before. Ha! I was supposed to attend the faculty picnic this afternoon... at a little place called Sandy Lake Amusement Park. LOL I just bet it's under water right about now.

You just brought back some old memories. I didn't know Sandy Lake park was still there.
The two lakes that provide water for Wichita Falls were at 19% capacity a month ago. Both are over the spillway today. It is stunning that we've gone from a devastating record drought to devastating record flood in less than a month.
