Cardio: Treadmill: 30 minutes Inclined LISS
This was my first session since April 11th! But I am blessed to be alive and back at it! I am gradually making my way back, although I am still in recovery. The first have of this year has been HELL, but I am going to finish strong, starting with this 30 day log!
I mixed 1 scoop of FIRM “MANGO DAIQUIRI” with 20 oz. of water. It mixed well and tasted excellent; I was very surprised how good it tasted. Excellent favor, it was not too sweet, nor it wasn’t too watery. It was perfect!Week 1: 10/07/17 - 249

I took 1 scoop of ZIP 30 minutes before my session. It mixed well but there was some foam that settled on the top. It tasted great. My energy wasn’t extreme but it definitely woke me up and got me moving. My energy levels remained constant until 2pm, I took ZIP at 6am, so that’s pretty good!Week 1: 10/07/17 - 249
