    bf % estimate - week 8 of cut (reps for replies)

    can I get bf % estimate.. my target is 12%. I started at 72.5kg and now 64.2kg at 5ft 8

    Also please rate my progress.

    Youd be roughly 12 now, hard to tell without better pics. You started at about 20% though roughly so thats great for 8 weeks

    thanks I will try get some better ones.. would you say to start lean bulking or keep cutting? I still got lower belly fat and chest fat which I am not sure if it is gyno

    I'd guess in the low teens, 13-14% seems likely. The pictures aren't that big so it's hard to tell. If you're still unhappy with your fat cut a bit more until summer starts then bulk

    You didn't see my before picture with all that fat? I was 59 kg with just as much fat and then decided to bulk up for 6 months got to 72.5kg sand hence thought I cut and lose some of the fat... how much do you think my bf is?

    like i said earlier, you should not care about BF, just train and eat properly until you got the physic wanted, being here asking for BF will not change the way you look, go out there

    thanks for the response.. I am just asking so I know where I am as I mentioned I don't have much experience if I can get to 12% BF I will be aiming to go on a slow lean bulk for 8-9 months and gain as much quality muscle as possible...

    Worst advice ever... Keep in my almost no one wants to look like ****... so BF should almost always be the main concern especially since theres no benefit to being over 15%

    As to OP you did pretty well in 8 weeks id say 13-14% I would personally get a little lower and then lean bulk

    Would say around 15% considering before you Said you were at 59 then bulked up and now your going to be like 69kg at 10-12% body fat you've done great man. Keep doing what your doing because its working. Cut down to 69-70kg then start bulking again for another 6 months

    I would say you're around the 14% range. I would suggest start another bulk cycle less u wanna cut some more and achieve around 10%

    Another vote for around 14%. If you still have it in you mentally cut for another month or so and it should bring your to around 12% and put you in a good position to bulk.

    thanks everyone for the replies and encouragement! I plan to cut for another 3-4 weeks and then start reverse dieting back up. Would you suggest that my bulk cycle should include a surplus of no more than +200 kcal? I think maintenance is around 2711 and hold this for around 6-8 months

    No I was 59-60 is last july then bulked up to 72.5kg now I am back down to 64 kg

    sorry to reopen this thread guys but why is it that I still have the moobs? I mean I have noticed decreases everywhere but here. The niple region is particularly fatty. Do I need to reach 12% before they fall off?

    Yea unfortunately chest fat is very stubborn and is often the last to be burnt off. I find I can be lean, seperated and look great in the arm and shoulder areas but still have noticeable fat around the nipples. Just the way it is

    yh its frustrating because when i wear an office shirt for example I have a fairly rounded chest and these cones poking out which is absolutely a killer I wonder if it is because I am cutting on a farely high carb diet? I wonder if someone like me (who is very insulin sensitive) could ever get to 10% with the flat chest... I hope I can!
