When you cut, it's okey to lose some strength right? been cutting from 82 - 77 kg now, and I am starting to feel I'm losing strength. barely make 8 reps on squat and bench where i usually did 11 reps on first set, is it okey to drop the weight down or should I start to up my calories a little?
These are my weigh ins in the morning.

up calories if you no longer want to lose weight as fast. No idea what a kilogram is, but you should lose strength in a deficit, if you can no longer keep up the same weight, reduce weight, but 11 reps is extremely high, thats more or less cardio to be honest.
There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?
