Hi, I am new to the trying to be fit and lean. I currently weigh 140 and am 5"3 I recently had a baby. I am looking for tips on how to cut my weight down and become lean. I am a full time mom, student, and work a full time job. I squeeze in about a 45 minute workout daily. I am interested in any supplement that can help with appetite suppression and aid in weight loss. I know I can't just take a pill and lose weight, but I have heard of some supplements that increase your bodys ability to burn fat and increase your metabolism, as well as suppress your appetite.

Personally I would hold off supplements right now and get a solid understanding for nutrition.
This thread can help you determine how many calories you need a day to lose weight: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=156380183
There is some trial and error but as long as you are consistent, it will pay off. Also, if you do decide to purchase a product I would show your doctor to ensure there are no issues in case you are breast feeding.Workout Journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=167450201

You are new to working out the last thing you should look at is supplements. All you need is a diet since you are new to the fitness industry.
First focus on what you need and that is a proper caloric deficit and diet plan.

I highly suggest you read here regarding your diet:

No supplement will aid a bad diet you need to first focus on diet and a proper caloric deficit.

Congratulations on the new baby!
First and foremost, make sure you have the proper diet/training in place before adding supplementation.
Secondly: Are you breastfeeding? If you are I would not worry about adding any supplements at this time.
If your not breastfeeding then I would recommend checking out ErgoCut, it's everything you're looking for. It'll help assist you with things like increased energy, focus and appetite suppressant.
