    feel like tmg is helping hiit/cardio - truth or placebo

    after getting back on tmg it seems cardio / heart function is better, any truth to that

    It has been shown to help in power output and increased endurance (during workouts and sprint type exercises; HIIT).

    But this all depends on if you're saturated with TMG.
