Aside from the obvious Aztec, PT Cruiser, etc., I'll throw in some runner-up's that most people probably won't agree with.
98-00 Lexus GS 300 - can't stand the 4 circle lights in the front
92-96 Ford Bronco - way too big of a vehicle to only have 2 doors, not long enough for how wide/tall it is. Just an extremely disproportionate looking vehicle

most 80s/90s american cars...but it is possible to pick out exceptions to that. Pontiac Fiero. Buick GNX. 1st Gen Viper looked amazing for its time. Dodge Stealth.
the Sebring looking Camaro always makes me cringe. But LS1/cheap power etc. makes up for it.
1st gen DSM/Eclipse...serious...they sure look angry, but also ugly.
Mercedes C class Kompressor hatch thing...
the BMW E36/E46 318TI/320TI etc. hatch thingies...
Most Toyota's but they're really just bland more than anything. Until Scion came around. Then ended up just being bland anyways. But the TC/FRS are pretty spot on.
