How many calories do you cut on?

    Currently I am 6ft, 175Lbs , 9-10% Bodyfat (Hydrostatic Testing):

I am eating about 1700-1800 calories a day. I'm currently taking ECA which has helped tremendously in curbing my appetite. Unfortunately I have only been using the mirror and don't know what my starting point for weight loss is in terms of weight. In the winter I was 185Lb but that was a while back. Is 1700-1800 calories too high or too low? Anyone with similar stats eating close to what I am on a cut? I don't feel hungry at all, and my workouts are still good.

    Current Diet:

    10 am- 1 Scoop Whey + 1 Tbs PB
    12- Chicken + Veggie
    3- 1 Scoop Whey + 1 Tbs PB

    Gym

    630- 1 scoop Whey
8- Lean turkey burger, veggies, brown rice, 2 eggs
10-11- (Not the best choice) but I crave carbs so I eat a 200 calorie granola bar.

No calorie is too high or too low, its respective of the individual, if you want to know, google is your friend:

There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

Show is in 10 weeks, even at 9-10% I still have some slight fat on my lower abs that is hard to get rid of, trying to take out that last bit.

everyone is so different....every single prep has been different for me. Sometimes more or less calories. Sometimes carb cycling...just depends where you happen to be at the start of your cut...well wishes on your journey!
