    Angry too much skinny waist (srs .. pic)

    Its getting annoying that my shoulders are much gaining faster than my waist ..
    people keep sh**ing about it .. any advices ?

    Stop focusing on shoulders.
    Try high rep range15-20 at light weight so you dont increase in size but still get a decent workout. Focus on obliques they should widen your waist.

    Small waist is great for v taper and aesthetics, I would be happy if my shoulders grew like crazy while my waist stayed the same.

    I have a 25' waist when I'm stage ready, but I really have to murder my shoulders for them to grow, they naturally don't have the really round cannonball look to them so be happy.

    No,my rep range is 7-8 for all the exercises I do,except flys and abs which I hit with 15 reps.
    And I eat 300 cals. above maintenance so I mostly get lean mass,all low fat foods.
