How and when did you guys know you were ready to compete in Bodybuilding or Physique? I wanna make sure I'm actually in decent shape to step on stage, how do you guys figure?
I'm currently bulking, chest is lagging, abs are pretty much gone so bare with me. Sitting at around 5'9 180-182
Forgot leg pics, will post eventually. They're proportionate to my upper body I would say.
