So I have about 5 months left here overseas. I decided I am going to “bulk” for 3 months, then cut what I can, and go home looking good for my wife. I work 8 day rotations and here is my original workout.
1. Rest, as it is my longest day.
2. Back(deadlift, lats, pullups). Hammys. Core
3. Cardio.
4. Chest. Tris. Hiit.
5. Cardio, plyos
6. Back (rows, shrugs, rear delts) shoulders. Biceps
7. Cardio
8. Legs, power(cleans, squats), core
All I do here is Work, Workout, and sleep. Do I need that much cardio for the bulk I want? Keep in mind I walk everywhere (about 3 miles a day).
I want to switch to this as 8 days btwn groups sucks and its a ton of cardio.
1. Back(Traps, upper, rear Delts), Biceps
2. Chest. Tris. HIIT
3. Shoulders. Pull ups. core
4. Cardio.
5. Back(deadlift,lats, pullups). Hammys. Biceps.
6. Chest. Tris. Forearms.
7. Shoulders. Core, HIIT.
8. Squat. Power Clean. Box clean. Legs.
I get plenty of rest as its extremely boring here. So I think between that and the cardio day I should be good. When time comes to cut, I am just plan on going to the original workout above as it has plenty of cardio and HIIT to burn fat.
I would like to start this tomorrow, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
