    how many servings of veggies?

    how many servings of veggies should a person have to for optimal health? Im sure the more the better, but how many should i take in for good health? i have a really good greens drink, but im not one to rely on a supplement?

    I like to stick with 4-6 servings combined of fruits and veggies. I incorporate them at every meal and snack.
