Yep. you can read all the books and watch all the videos you want. Until you actually get out there and practice though, you'll never truly learn anything. Experience is the best teacher. I learn more from approaching just two women then I do from reading a whole book.

Fuk fuk fuk fuking fuk. The german girl came to work out and we talked for a little. I was about to get off work, so I told her we should grab something to eat, and she agreed. Simply speaking: the reason I got rejected was my own fault and it is in my power to change that. I just need to figure out what I did wrong.

Most of the pick up community agrees upon the Mystery Method model which is that there are three phases of seduction:

1) attraction phase
2) comfort phase
3) physical phase

I've discovered I'm good at building attraction. I have a good body, good face, witty comments, confident opening skills, and pretty good humor.

My main problem is with comfort building. I have MANY girls that show interest in me. The problem though is that just because a girl shows interest in you doesn't mean she's ready for sex or physical contact. You must first build COMFORT.

This is the second phase of the Mystery Method. It bridges the gap between attraction and sex, and this phase is sadly my weakest link. I tend to overdo the attraction phase. Often, a girl will be attracted to me(like the bikini competitor or the German girl) and I will continue to run attraction routines and over tease her and make fun of her when it's TOTALLY unnecessary and even counterproductive. I should be opening up, showing a little seriousness, and acting like a mature guy. Instead, because I spend so much time trying to attract, I come across as a goofy, clownish, ******* who can't carry on a serious conversation.

I've got to improve on building comfort and carrying on normal conversations without trying to be a comedian and an ******* the entire time. Learning every day.

Got 2 numbers today at the gym. Had a very pleasant conversation with a girl who works at a tanning salon nearby. Got her number and texted. She read it and never replied. Lol fuk

My conversations skills have SKYROCKETED since working at the gym. In 3 weeks, I've literally gone from barely being able to talk to carrying on 15 minute plus conversations with girls without even thinking about it. If you don't habr a job that allows you to work with people on a daily basis, I HIGHLY recommend you get one. Be a server, a bartender, etc... SOMETHING that allows you to talk with people and forces you out of your shell. I have much more to learn about pick up and getting women, but my confidence has skyrocketed, and in the end that is the first thing you must master before moving on to studying techniques.

On a side note, work went very well. I'm currently the top sales rep in the company and my manager as well as the owner are considering promoting me to assistant manager. We'll see. I'm fuking tired. Gonna hit the sack.

Success isn't about winning every day, it's about learning to deal with failures on a daily basis like a man. I failed in this situation but I learned a valuable lesson: The next time a girl gives me full freedom to escalate, I will take it.

It doesn't feel like the best day right now. I'm fuking tired, mentally drained, a little discouraged, and probably emotionally unstable to some degree. I know it's all in my head though, and that I and I alone have the power to fuking deal with it. It is just one of many invaluable learning experiences. Even as I'm writing this, I'm feeling better. It helps to take a deep breath, write things out, and slow down.

I'll text her tonight about chilling tomorrow. If she says no, I'll leave it. If she says yes, I'll have another chance and I'll fuk her like I should have last night. Either way, I will move forward.
