Hi guys so I decided to cut in April after reaching 20% BF. I was skinny fat but decided to go on a lean bulk till I got some decent size. Attached are progress pictures can someone tell me if I have finally reached 15%? My target is 10-12% before another bulking cycle. Apologies for the pictures of the back I guarantee you I am more toned these pictures show I just can't get a decent picture.

Yeah, I'm skinny-fat too and going to lean out first before adding mass so that I can see my gains.

yh the mirror is crap the other ones I have the lighting is terrible... thanks for the estimate but I was told I was 17% at end of April hard to believe that I have lost 0% in BF over 3 weeks (even though I know I shoulde believe the scales).. my calipers tend to show decreases in mm's and my abs are more defined

thanks a lot but when you say put on muscle does that mean I should start eating at caloric surplus again? currently I figured my maintenance out to be 2711 KCAL, I cut slowly every week 100 KCAL till I got -400 KCAL and I have maintained that for the last 3 weeks because it seems to cause decrease in weight and I see some loss in the mirror. I do 3x times a week a 10 minute HIIT cardio as well. My plan was to go till 12% and then try gain muscle in a long clean bulk because I read here that you put on qualit muscle at a low body fat %

Far too many ppl on this board fret about the numbers. Eat. Lift. Rest.
If you're getting fat, cut back on cals/carbs.
It's really not that complicated at most levels.I don't lift weights, I flex under duress.
