A year out of the gym, time to get back in and remove all this excess fat I have managed to gain over the past year. I checked where I am at strength wise throughout last week (Dropped in all my lifts, some by more than 70lb). Just trying to get back into a reasonable bodyfat percentage before I try to re-gain all the lost muscle.

I am 21 years old

190 lb
BF: 17% (Rough estimate, don't have access to actual testing at home)
Current Lifts:
(Way lower than what they used to be, read intro paragraph)
Bench: 185lb x 3 (From 235 x 6)
Squat: 225 x 6 (From 295 x 6)
Deadlift: 225 x 3 (From 295 x 5)
Weak as s*% I know...
Supplements:
Burn24 (2 30 minutes before my big 3 meals of the day)
Norcodene (2 in the AM, 1 6 hours later)
F95 (With the Norco)
Hica Max (Right before I lift, I take 3)
Whey Protein (After lifting)
Creatine (Before lifting)
Diet:
I do 2,100-2,200 calories a day, yeah its a little low will up it if I feel my body needs it.
Carbs & Protein for big 3 meals, otherwise Burn24 will probably cause me to pass out.
Protein for snacks, twice a day.
Ill try to update this a few times a week, for now the log will be a month (Internship starts after this month, while I will be continuing the plan I probably won't have time for frequent logging.
Monday:
4 eggs
2 english muffins (Low calorie ones)

Sandwich (Two chicken breasts, mayo, mustard, bread)

1 Chicken breast, was very full so I called it a day
Back day, typical.
DL, Pull down, Pull up, Seated Row
Now onto the interesting part, so 7 pills in the morning is pretty rough but doable
Norco, clean energy, you feel pretty good, no appetite suppressant feeling
F95, Pretty sure you shouldn't feel anything, no GI issues (At least I don't think its the F95)

Burn24, you MUST eat within 45 minutes or you will probably pass out. Include a good number of carbs, thought this would make my poo hard as I gained about 4-5 pounds of water weight in one day but my poo is softer than ever almost but not quite watery. I don't feel bloated but do feel a lot more full and I wake up feeling like I just held a flex for 5 minutes.
Snytha 6, nothing to say its delicious protein
Walmart brand creatine hydrocloride; It gets the job done
Hica Max, not sure if it is doing anything but if you don't like giant tart candies you will not like this. I will continue taking it just to finish it.
Tuesday (Today):
Same diet as monday (Creature of habit, I have no problems eating the same thing every day, eating does not cause me any pleasure its just a task I do)
Didn't eat the pork steak, or dinner for that matter. Going out with the GF for dinner, ill probably get a chicken sandwich or something not really all too hungry.
Did Chest today
Was supposed to do legs but guess ill do it tomorrow
Bench, Dip, Butterfly, Machine press
Did 10 minutes of HIIT today, not bad at all might consider making it a daily thing
Same feeling as yesterday with the supplements, I took norco pretty early today (All three, two at 8am 1 at 1pm and now im kinda feeling a crash)
Requesting move to supplement logs (I figure it is more supplement based than anything)

Anyway finished day two meals, went to this place called portillos and had a chicken charbroiled burger, not going to lie I was very disappointed with the flavor... I am convinced my barely seasoned chicken sandwich I made for lunch was far superior.
(Talking about poo, turn around if need be)
I looked into the poop issue I was having apparently the very soft snake type poop is optimal so thanks I guess Burn24 lol.
