completed an unsupported, 2928-km, south-to-north ski trek across Greenland in 86 days. The trek involved ski marching, typically for 9 h/d, pulling sleds initially containing 150 kg
Diet during these 3 months composed of 61% fat, 32% carbohydrate, and 7% protein
He lost 15 lbs of fat and 3 lbs of muscle.

Starting off at 6' and 168 lbs of lean mass is pretty damn good for someone who isn't a bodybuilder and has a v02 max of 60.
Brb, be me. busting my ass in the gym. Periodizing routines. Eating proteinz. V02 max of poverty. And this dude is just walking around jacked, ultra endurance events and 7% protein diet. FML.
