About Myself
I am a college student, 20 years old, gym junkie! I am a retired college football player. I am very interested in fitness and staying healthy. My goal is to do a powerlifting meet this next year just to see where I compare. Everyone has to start somewhere right."Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. If you have any specific questions, I can help you out. I don't know it all but I have done 5 or so powerlifting meets.
I work with Wade Johnson (his training log is on the boards) but I have tried most any program 5/3/1, 5 X 5, juggernaut, etc...most plans work BUT you need to pick one and stick with it. Program hopping is one of the worst things you can do to stall out your gains. PM me for more info on anythingBetter Body Sports

Sorry for the wait!!
Yesterday I was coming back from the mountains from a wedding and I didn't really eat the best at the wedding so I felt like crap.
I decided to just do a quick cardio crossfit type workout at home. I did 5 rounds of 30 pushups 30 situps and 250m rows on a rowing machine. Then after a two minute plank for a finisher!
I have been feeling great on the C-bolic. I look a little leaner! I can see veins in my shoulders that I have never been able to see before. So far, I am loving this product!"Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time."

Thanks for the advice man! I really appreciate it! I want to try Cory Gregory's squat every day workout and see if I can get my squat and bench up as well as deadlift before a meet! I am looking at doing one in December. Today I hit some chest and back! I followed some of Cory's workout where you bench press inside grip, medium, and wide grip for 10 reps each without racking and then superset with a hammer row set of 15-20! After I did the same with incline bench and superset with t-bar rows. Didn't go above 135 on either of the benches, this is supposed to be a lighter bench day, worked out perfectly because I went heavy on bench yesterday.

I'm not sure of your lifting experience but if you've never been on a PL program, I would definitely suggest you make absolutely certain that your form for squats is PERFECT before starting a squat every day type program. Any break in form is just begging for injury. Nice work load for sure though!!!
