honestly boys in the run is extremely rage inducing especially since it never gets fully scanlated since the guy who was doing it raged too much at this manga.

I'm pretty level headed and try to separate the 2d effect on real life (except for saika), but this manga is really good at making you "see through the mc" so to speak.

the manga has its moments, but they are few and far inbetween. coming from someone who read it all the way to as many chapters were scanlated, you're probably better off having a folder of pictures of "questionable" and normal content on your computer and then randomly selecting one at a time to send to your local FBI enforcement group.

manga isn't feelsy, just ragey. Like guaranteed if reaperbrah started reading this, he would probably have enough rage material for the rest of his life.

not really a spoiler in terms of plot, but more of a spoiler of the MC in regards to his journey, which really pissed me off

Still one of my favorite animes ever, but I don't think I'll ever get over the fact that it was too short and the ending was subpar. Never really got to see a lot of the real Lucy (she had more dialogue lines as a child in the flashbacks), and the whole diclonius thing wasn't explained all that well either.

I feel like they definitely should have made it a 26 episode anime at least.

I can always use the manga as a finisher for the series, but there are too many discrepancies between the anime and manga, and I also never liked the ending to the manga.

What are your guys' thoughts?

I've actually never met that many people who hate it. I know a lot of people that weren't fond of the anime, but liked the manga. There's a few people here and there that think it tries too hard to be gory, but I don't think it does.

Like I said, I think it would be much more popular and well-liked if it was longer and more developed. I would honestly pay money for them to remake the anime or some chit so that it can actually explain everything.
