    Damaged wrist. Still train?

hi ive done something to my left wrist. Everytime i twist it i get a pain

So doing barbell curls, barbell rows and everything underhand is impossible due to the pain

Also my left elbow hurts when doing heavy rows and shrugs

What should i do ? Carry on lifting or let it heal. The pain started presenting it self around a month ago but i couldnt stop the gym

Let it heal obviously. Either that or you keep training, and it eventually develops into an injury where you'll be out for months.

Obviously, take time off NOW so you won't have to take off time later. Either way, you will have to take time off. Do the exercises you can where there is no pain. It will turn into a worse injury if you don't stop hurting yourself. I would recommend taking about 2 weeks off those exercises.

    A) Why are you getting pain? is your form legit?
    B) Stop lifting upper body until it heels. If it takes a week then it takes a week, likewise for a month or however long it takes.
    C) Maybe see a doctor.

Definitely stop for several days and see if it gets better.

I had a slight pain in my right forearm and lower tricep last week. It hurt, but I could still do my lifts for the most part, so I pushed through it. Now I sit here today and can't move that arm certain ways. Cannot even physically do a push-up because it hurts so bad. Not sure what I did to it, but now I *have* to take a few days off. I should have just rested it before and maybe I wouldn't have injured it worse.

As everybody has said, rest it. Give it at least 2 weeks, then start off very light. if this hurts, then you should go see a true hand orthopedic doctor. I pushed through pain while training, now I have been through a cubital tunnel release in one elbow and I am trying to avoid having ulnar abutment surgery. I have been to 2 top notch surgeons, and therapy is my last option. Always rest, never push it.
