I was thinking of buying either Storm or Green Mag (right now im on cellmass), so would i take these post workout or pre? Because on both labels it says pre or post so I wanted to know which is preferable.

Would either be ok before cardio because usually when I lift its with the football team and we lift then go run or vice versa. If not what is a good recovery creatine?
