    Pre or Post?

    I was thinking of buying either Storm or Green Mag (right now im on cellmass), so would i take these post workout or pre? Because on both labels it says pre or post so I wanted to know which is preferable.

    I generally take them Pre.

    Unless I am using Shock Therapy with Storm, in which case I would take ST pre and Strom Post.

    i would suggest buying green mag. both are great products though and both should be taken pre workout because they have some extra goodies that with aid in a better workout

    With the energy ingredients in Green Mag you would benefit taking it before you workout, works great for me.

    Would either be ok before cardio because usually when I lift its with the football team and we lift then go run or vice versa. If not what is a good recovery creatine?

    Thats a bit overkill on the creatine IMO. I would choose one of those and go with it.
