    How is my fat-loss pace?

I just closed in on about 3 months, since I decided to lean out.

I packed on quite a bit of a belly over the winter, and I've decided to lean out to about 10-12% once and for all.

How has my fat-loss pace been? Should I keep at it, or decrease calories a bit more so that I can progress faster?

I figure I have about 2-3 months left before I reach my 10-12% goal, where I will have to weigh in between 140-145lbs. How correct is my estimate?

Mid-February picture is me at 165 lbs, Mid-May picture is me at 153 lbs.

    I appreciate all feedback.

the average joe would've already hit 10-12% by now. I mean you are progressing, so just keep at it, and I would try to escalate the process If I were you.

Yes indeed. I had a feeling I could have been making faster progress. Time to increase the pace.

I'm currently 153 lbs. Think I will be 10-12 % at 145 lbs or so?

I haven't really ever been below 15% as an adult so I'm not too good at estimating my weight at that point.

well you're about 18% bf now, so I would say between 135 - 140 would be the 10 - 12% weight range for you. If you eat at a 750 calorie deficit you should be able to reach 12% in 2 months.

Yeah I also had a feeling it would be a bit lower, closer to 140.

Chibixeno, it's varied from week to week. On some I've lost 1+, others 0.5, others remained more or less the same

I'm going to start monitoring my calories more strictly. I think a daily intake of 1700 will work best. I think I've averaged somewhere around 1800-2000 on most days.
