Some Advice needed here

Need some advice on some creatine .to catch u guys up .I started back in the gym 6 months and some change ago with huge results @ 298 lbs and 32% bf now I'm 218lbs and 16% bf no bull crap here I busted my ass ..all of which came from intense dieting and lots of gym time I don't rely on supplements to do my work for me just to aid in my daily ..and I used to be on the hit for newest products and stuff but I haven't taken creatine in a while due to money being tight and cutting out things that weren't 100% needed..I'm sure everyone can relate somehow .. what I took before was allmax brand micro creatine and it was good stuff ..looking to get back on creatine and was looking for some advice on latest and greatest ..I've read a bunch of reviews but who the hell knows anymore what's real and what's not ..looking for some solid advice on a good solid creatine to look at ..I appreciate It greatly just can't seem to get the right answers by searching lots of mixed opinions ..should I just stick with what I know or is there somthing better out there ?

would go with either MT Mono or BB.com Mono both are wallet friendly and will have you covered for several months.

I like Mono because its cheap, been around forever, I would stick to that get creapure, Allmax is, as well as ON, UNIVERSAL.

Awsome I've read about those products seem pretty legit I really appreciate it guys rep was given all the way around ! One more ? Is there any downs to taking pill for as opposed to powered form? I'm a big fan of muscle tech I've been using phase 8 protien since I've started really enjoy the taste Mabey I will give the creatine a shot

not really , just personal preference really, cap form may cost you little more and you will probably get less servings.

OK great ! It's crazy every rep that posted on here I take some form of there products ..I take BPI bcaa, muscle techs protien and multi amd love all of them makes me more comfortable with the advice given :-) never tried any blue star products but Def will look into the line ..thanks again everyone rep layed out for all !

I like Mono because its cheap, been around forever, I would stick to that get creapure, Allmax is, as well as ON, UNIVERSAL.

Would also suggest primaforce , cellucor and and Bb.com

A simple mono is really all you need. I like BB.com breaks which has months of servings for dirt cheap. If you want a flavored one, BPI Best Creatine and Controlled Labs Green Mag are great choices.

Don't really care about flavoring just want quality stuff my gym partner is takin bb creatine he seems to like it .I'm just a creature of habit and found products I liked and stuck w them lol ..preaciate all the advice

If you're ok with taking plain old creatine monohydrate then you should look at the bb.com brand creatine. 200 servings for $15. That's what I'm currently using.

I've also heard good things about the BPI creatine. I have a tub coming my way and I can't wait to try it out.

personally creatine hcl works the best for me like ProMear Con-Cret, the serving size is tiny and it dissolves instantly so don't have to worry about that grainy texture another good creatine is USPlabs Modern Creatine. I saw pretty good results from that as well...

Creatine monohydrate is extremely inexpensive pretty much no matter the brand and youi really can't go wrong with that form of creatine as its the most widely studied, researched, and utilized. For convenience sake and to avoid the frustrations with trying to mix most monohydrate powders, I take Kre-Alkalyn capsules from EFX Sports. 3-5 grams daily on training days and you're good to go. Plus, its on sale here on bb.com to if interested!

Thank you everyone for the advice I figured I would try muscle techs platinum mono ..I been using there protien since I started amd there cla when I was cutting and really enjoyed it ..I do belive I have the best supp stack for me I've really fine tuned it to my body's needs amd have seen great results ..when I run out of the creatine I'm going to try a few others that were recommended to me by you all on here thanks again guys !!! All creatines essentially end at the same result. Why spend extra for some "special" creatine. Mono has been proven over and over again. Some people expect way too much out of creatine and justify spending $40 a month to get something new out of creatine.
