This is a redo since I finally remembered my original login credentials.
Saw an orthopedist, got an MRI, did the prescribed rehab and it didn't work. So now I've been researching like crazy and I've come up with my own program.
Morning: Easy jog/walk with the dog Workout: Dynamic day
5x3 Hang Clean and Push Press @ 95
10x15 One armed Kettlebell swings @ 25 Evening: walk the dog
Diet: Big church event today with lots of free food, so not great. I got it back together for dinner though, so I didn't let it mess up the rest of the day.
Also got in some yard work, so lots of motion for the knee today.
