I'd like to give a big shout-out and thank you to NC_TarHeel and the team at Better Body Sports for hooking me up with a bottle of C-Bolic. A supplement with one ingredient--Forskolin-95. From what I've read, this is a pwerful ingredient indeed!
I've had some experience with Forskolin-20, but honestly wasn't that impressed. That could be because I took it during a dirty bulk (Holiday season...) and thus the recomposition qualities Forskolin offers really couldn't shine through. That being said. The next couple of months are going to be straight up recomp and I'm hoping C-Bolic will help me chisel out a bit more.
I'm currently following Y3T training as laid out here on BB.com. Eating 10-15% over maintenance on training days and 20-30% under on rest days. Here's a before pic--

I'm 3 days into the bottle already. Can't say that I notice any differences in energy, mood, or performance yet. I've read that it takes a couple of weeks for the F95 to start to shine. If that's the case, I may end up getting a second bottle...we'll see!

I've been doing keto and keeping my macros at 5C/35P/60F and really liking it. Over the weekend, I've upped my carbs and lowered my fats. Right now sitting at 15C/35P/50F and going to slowly move it around to 40/35/25 over the next week. Zig-zagging my calories a bit too. Keeping them between 2100-2700 over a seven-day period.

And I'm back! Big shout-out to my fellow tarheel for shooting me the link to my own log after having lost it.
Tuesday was a cardio day and I took yesterday off. I've actually gained 3lbs this week. I didn't expect that using F-95. I'm going to blame it on increased glycogen after having gone off keto. I can't say I feel any different while using C-Bolic, but then I'm not entirely sure if it would affect my moods or if it is just working in the background. Today makes two weeks since I started taking it.
I guess the final proof will be in a final pic!I <3 Carbs

Good Tuesday, folks!
I hope everybody had a great Memorial Day weekend. I had to work, but was still able to take some time and reflect on those who have given their all for our freedom. Ate a bit much on Sunday, but I'm happy to say that the scale is holding steady at 222 with some more definition around my shoulders--I'll take it!

Wow! I can't believe it's been this long since I've updated! Last week was a bit of an off week as I took a couple of extra days off. Ran in a 5K/mud run this weekend and it was a blast! Our team of 4 had me, a distance runner, and two CrossFitters on it. (Wait, that sounds like the setup to a joke...)I was not the official team captain, but was definitely the one leaving the others behind if I wasn't careful. I believe that is in no small part due to the C-Bolic
Back to leg day today. This was one of my better leg workouts of this log. I can definitely tell they did some WORK!!

It really was. I don't do much athletics outside the gym, but I love this kind of thing! Not much to update on the C-Bolic. I have about a week of product left. Been really Like i said, I think photos are going to tell the most difference. Been really crushing it at the gym, though. I like to think part of that is due to the forskolin!

Taking a bit of de-load this week. I did some running and bodyweight stuff on Saturday and lay on the couch for a good part of Sunday. I just finished up Y3T and need to take a few days off.
With that being said, I have also finished up my bottle of C-Bolic. I have to say that it's entirely possible that I just don't respond to forskolin. Here's a before and after in roughly the same pose--
I know that with some supplements, 30 days isn't enough to really tell how much of a difference they make. But I don't see any difference here. I've been in this game long enough to know that everyone responds to things differently. So ultimately if you're interested in C-Bolic, you're going to have to try it out for yourself.
For some reason, I've never purchased something with F95 in it. I am immensely thankful to Better Body Sports and NC_Tarheel for letting me log it. I feel like it might help someone more prone to fat storage (like myself) over the course of a 12-16 week bulk. Unfortunately, I couldn't pick up an extra bottle this time around to test that. Maybe during my annual Oct-Dec eat-everything-in-sight bulk I'll be able to pull the trigger on a couple of bottles!I <3 Carbs
